The MSITP virtual internship gave me an opportunity to look at the inner workings of a company and affirm that I really did want to continue with marketing. My favorite part was working on real-life projects, by trying to implement what we had learned during the theoretical sessions into real-life projects. The last week was a fundamental step toward the development of my skills, indeed, everything I learned and acquired throughout the first 3 weeks was needed and used in order to make the final project. After that final project, I can honestly say that this internship has drastically sharpened my skills in many aspects such as communication, research, and problem-solving. Finally, I truly believe that this internship is extremely important as we are immersed in the real-world business environment and it is an experience that we don't exactly learn inside the classroom.
